About the role
Provide exceptional level of clinical support to the Emergency Department with minimal supervision. Promotes medication safety via completion of Best Possible Medication History as well as Medications Reconciliation for patients. Provides up to dates clinical advices to junior staff, as well as other health practitioners.
This position reports directly to the Director of Pharmacy.
You will be supported by the district network with other clinical experts, other senior pharmacists and medical officers' team and also district and Local guidelines and committee.

An opportunity exists to join the Manning Hospital Pharmacy Service where you will work as part of a diligent and committed team of 7 pharmacists and 7 support staff (assistant / technician / admin) to deliver contemporary and exceptional clinical pharmacy services with the capability to promote excellence in pharmaceutical services and medication safety, working within the Emergency Department in multi-disciplinary team.

Information for Applicants:
