Senior Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer
FULL TIME | CROWN RESORTS

Reporting to the Group Manager Cloud and Infrastructure, the Senior Cloud and Infrastructure Engineer is accountable for the design, development and maintenance of Crown IT’s infrastructure and systems in the cloud and on premise, on a 24/7 basis across the Crown Resorts Group.

The Senior Cloud and Infrastructure will provide leadership, guidance, and advice to the wider IT teams in relevance to Crown’s cloud and infrastructure environments that ensure operational excellence on a 24/7 basis, and with a standardised approach across Crown.

Some responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:

Collaborate with the Group Manager Cloud and Infrastructure to implement, execute, and continuously improve and enhance the Cloud and Infrastructure framework
Negotiate, influence, and lead the documentation and implementation of service levels for customer support and system administration tasks, ensuring consistent and standardised reporting is delivered that demonstrates performance against service levels across the Crown Resorts Group
Maintenance of the Cloud and Infrastructure lifecycle across the Crown Resorts Group
Create and Cloud and Infrastructure processes within the IT teams, in conjunction with the Group Manager Cloud and Infrastructure to enable improved and standardised problem management processes.

To be successful, you will need:
A degree (or undertaking a degree) in a relevant discipline is desirable
Demonstrated experience in an Information Technology environment
Extensive stakeholder management experience including the ability to balance commercial, risk and technology related priorities.
Extensive experience with effective stakeholder relationships and reporting
Sound knowledge and understanding of the regulatory environment within which Crown operates
Experience in strategy development and business planning is desirable
