They pride themselves on their expert knowledge and ability to deliver the best solutions for their clients. They are seeking a senior property valuer to join their team in Adelaide.
They are looking for valuers with experience in retail, commercial, industrial, or agricultural valuations.

The Role:
Respond to external or internal requests for quotes
Undertake comprehensive onsite inspections of properties including recording of land and improvements
Preparation of financial analysis and cash-flow modeling
Research and analysis in accordance with API, company, and client standards
Development of relationships to acquire new business
Provide mentoring to junior staff as required
Manage assistants/junior staff
The Candidate:
Prior 7 + years of valuation experience
Strong attention to detail
Relevant Degree
Certified Practicing Valuer (CPV) qualification
Ability to build relationships at all levels of the business
Proactive, self-motivated, and a strong performer
Proven leadership Skills
