About the Role:
In this role as the Senior Property Analyst, you will be an integral part of the successful sales team. This is the perfect opportunity for an individual with a background in either Analysis or Valuations in property, with amazing benefits including a competitive salary with uncapped bonuses and flexibility to work from home full time (if desired). Whilst you do not need to be client-facing or sales orientated, a competitive spirit and a desire to play a pressure-bearing function within a winning team is essential for this position.
This is a fast-paced role working alongside senior agency team members where workloads and the nature of work can vary significantly from week to week as is the nature of a commercial agency business.

Responsibilities of the role include (but not limited to):
Analyse and assess commercial property investments to identify potential opportunities.
Preparation of asset appraisals including investment appraisals, development appraisals and rental appraisals.
Prepare detailed reports and financial models to support investment decisions.
Preparation of sales and lease marketing submissions.
Preparation of content for information memorandums.
Liaising and coordinating with external designers for finalisation of information
memorandums, submissions, and market reports – note you do not need design skills.
Preparation of tenancy schedules and property financial analysis.
Monitor market trends and analyse the impact on current investments.
Experience and Skills:
CPV qualified and ideally at least 5 years’ experience working as a commercial property valuer, development site valuer or in a commercial real estate analyst role.
Proven ability to work autonomously, efficiently and to produce high quality output consistently.
Highly organised with an ability to plan and manage workflow and think strategically when it comes to property.
Ability to interpret and analyse financial data.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and in report writing.
