This is your opportunity to develop highly effective and targeted marketing, communication and media services and strategies for key projects that drive an economic agenda for Queensland, stimulating industry growth and creating jobs for all Queenslanders. Your skills will be used broadly across the Strategic Communication Branch and include:
- developing and implementing a broad range of innovative marketing and communication services and strategies that are cost-effective, client-focused and aligned with the department's key priorities.
- developing content for print, electronic and online distribution, speechwriting, advertising, sponsorship management and digital and social media activities.
- a strong focus on internal communications, such as developing priority strategies for internal communications, overseeing Director-General communications, staff communication and events.
- maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring services are client-focused, highly effective and consistent to whole-of-department communication strategies and messaging.
- use creativity and awareness of the latest technologies, techniques, and networks to deliver innovative and improved marketing, communication and media services and strategies.
- actively engage in a team environment and positive culture, by demonstrating our core values, celebrating success, and committing to continued learning and development.
