Reporting into the head of compliance for Australia the Senior Compliance Manager will be responsible for the management and maintenance of an effective Compliance Framework across the business portfolio for a leader in insurance.
About The Role:
You will be directly accountable for:
- Core compliance functions
- Marketing due diligence
- Policy framework
- Incident management
- Championing legislative change and coordinating implementation
- 6 years solid compliance experience with exposure to insurance industry
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and experience
- Experience in leading a team, business partnering
- Experience in producing submissions to external bodies such as AFCA, ACMA and ASIC
- Experience in producing Board and Committee reporting
- Working knowledge of Financial Services laws
