Job Description
Crafting and delivering a variety project deliverables for customer and internal projects (system integration, whitepapers, scalability and performance tests). Leading our standard customer engagements of low to medium complexity.
Duties and Responsibilities
Applying server-based computing concepts, professional document creation standards, time management strategies, Citrix product and technology knowledge and experience, software installation guidelines and networking skills to internal consulting assignments and client engagements.
We apply our consulting skills in accordance with our Citrix Consulting Methodology.
We are continually developing the vital skills required to be effective in the role and to achieve proficiency in one or more relevant technologies.

Required Experience/Skills
Security clearance: Negative vetting level 2 (NV2) is required but candidates with negative vetting level 1 (NV1) may apply but are expected to attain NV2 security clearance within the probationary period.
Working knowledge of server-based computing concepts, software installation guidelines and networking fundamentals (e.g. switching, routing).
Experience in installing, configuring and/or supporting Windows core infrastructure and Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (previously known as Citrix XenDesktop) is essential.
Looking to develop skills with either AWS, Azure, or Google technologies.
Display initiative, ability and accountability to execute engagements requiring minimal direction.
Welcome the ability to independently tackle problems.
Have stellar professional communication and standards of document creation.
Positive customer service attitude.
Are an active networker, displaying learning and leadership skills, exercised in professional affiliations.
Are prepared to travel up to 70-80% of the time (including international travel).
Nice-to-Haves
Configuring and/or supporting any of the following solutions; profile management (e.g. Microsoft FSLogix, Ivanti Environment Manager), application virtualisation and/or isolation (e.g. Microsoft App-V), Remote Desktop Services (RDS), Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) or hypervisor (e.g. Citrix Hypervisor, VMWare vSphere).
Configuring and/or supporting network infrastructure. Experience configuring and/or supporting Citrix Application Delivery Controller (ADC) platforms is preferred.
CCE-V, CCE-N, MCSE, CCNA, Microsoft Azure and/or AWS certifications are preferred. Successful candidates are expected to attain CCP-V and CCP-N certifications within the probationary period.
Education
Bachelor of Engineering and/or Bachelor of Information or equivalent industry equivalent experience.
1-3 years of experience as a consultant or 5+ years of experience as a (senior) systems administrator.
