Our Finance Strategy and Performance Advisory division help CFOs to deliver efficient and effective financial support to their organisations and truly partner with the business. Our diverse and multidisciplinary team bring together skillsets including Performance Reporting, Cost Optimisation, Lean, Shared Services & Outsourcing and Talent Management.
Your Opportunity
Forming part of the Finance Strategy & Performance team this role will play a key role in supporting Associate Directors, Directors and Partners in delivering client engagements to a consistently high standard of accuracy and timeliness. Specifically you will:
- Work with clients to understand their challenges and prepare for and participate in client workshops and interviews.
- Document processes and analyse data to support diagnosis, and prepare financial models and written reports.
- Facilitate business development activities and assist in the development of proposal reports.
- Demonstrate commitment to continuous improvement in the delivery of quality services to client.
- Coach and support more junior members of the team.
- Build relationships internally and with a wide range of clients across multiple industry sectors including financial services, government, and education at varying levels of seniority.
- You enjoy working in the details, with a proactive attitude towards accuracy and deadlines.
- You have an inherent passion for data and analytics, with an interest to develop this skillset more in this space.
- You have excellent relationship building skills and a collaborative approach to engage with the team and clients to achieve success and influence stakeholders.

- Experience in project management, financial management and control.
- Background in helping clients to enhance the operation of their finance functions, their value to the business, and to position their finance teams for lasting success.
- Previous experience in a consulting environment or client-facing role is highly regarded.
- Strong knowledge of methods such as Finance Systems Implementations, Enterprise Performance Management, Digital Finance including automation, Finance Data, Insights & Analysis, Cost Optimisation and Finance Talent Management.
CA or CPA Part Qualified.
