We are looking for a Senior Consultant within the People Advisory team in our Sydney office.

Your key responsibilities:
- Conduct research, analysis and client interviews, developing recommendations and reports, prepare stakeholder presentations
- Work as part of a team in the delivery of workforce strategy, change and communication, organisation design and human resources transformation
- Contribute to the development of proposals and tender responses
- Support the delivery of challenging projects across a diverse range of organisations
Skills and attributes for success:
- Qualifications in human resources, communications, design and business (highly desirable)
- Experience working in government, defence or management sectors
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly developed problem solving and rectification skills
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and deal with ambiguity
- Collaborative team player
