What we're looking for
Here's our 'wish list' but don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes. We're interested in your strengths, what you want to learn, and how far you want to go.
- Experience of working in the healthcare industry and/ or in healthcare consulting at professional services firms
- Clinical experience or prior management experience is required
- Experience working in and/or with the Health System Manager, various Health Service Providers or other health organisations
- Ability to share leading practices and insights about current industry or subject-matter topics with EY leaders, proposal teams and clients
- Demonstrated working knowledge and aptitude in some of our key capabilities (e.g., Program Management Office functions, project oversight and management, applicable industry platforms and technologies, IT general and application controls, risk management, information security and information assurance)
- Contributions to business development and client pursuit activities by preparing proposals, marketing presentations for potential clients and thought leadership brochures
- Ability to communicate issues, status and thought leadership to partners and clients
