THE ROLE
Are you:

A great communicator with proven experience working collaboratively with a range of key stakeholders to achieve good partnerships with government departments, renters, and service providers.
This position is responsible for managing the Property Maintenance Services Contracts (PMSC) which provide responsive and vacant maintenance to Homes Victoria owned and managed accommodation. The role involves contract management, stakeholder liaison, reporting, site inspections, auditing, budgeting, contract preparation and tendering.
The Senior Contract Manager North Division will manage the above functions across the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing North Division. ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
Negotiate and manage a diverse and highly complex range of agreements and contracts and monitor performance against established targets, key performance indicators and benchmarks.
Strategically develop sustainable partnerships maintaining a strategic overview of community needs, including developing effective consultative mechanisms to ensure stakeholders' views are considered in the development of strategies and initiatives.
Work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to identify and proactively manage risks and issues, including analysis of broader impacts on the department, its partner organisations and its clients.
