The Opportunity
Reporting to the Manager of Investigation and Risk Assessment, the focus of this role will be to provide a range of complex coordination and program management services to support the CARE (Coordination, Assessment, Referral, Evaluation) program and assist in the delivery of this vital service to Monash University students.
As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for:
Coordinating the operations of the Student ‘CARE’ service, including contributing to strategic planning, developing and delivering resources and training and, using up-to-date knowledge and experience relevant policy, legislation and development and delivery of resources and training
Managing and coordinating a work environment of continuous review and improvement of business practices, operational processes and service provision
Undertaking research, data analysis and management in areas of functional specialisation
Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with other relevant business units, functional areas and key stakeholders
