Network Aviation is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Qantas Group, providing high-capacity air charter and regular passenger transport services. We operate a fleet of jet aircraft. From our base at Perth Airport, we specialise in mining industry support, regional airline services, routine and emergency freight and corporate charter flying.
The Opportunity
As the Senior Culture Program Manager, you will be responsible for the design and delivery of the Network Aviation Flight Operations culture recovery program. Working closely with the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Pilot and Head of HR, you will be required to deep dive into the cultural and operational frameworks within the business to understand opportunities for improvement. You will have overarching accountability in ensuring a program and governance infrastructure is built, which will ensure the successful delivery of program deliverables.
Additionally, this position is responsible for providing regular briefings with senior executives across both Network Aviation and the broader Qantas Group to inform of the progress of critical programs.
The core responsibilities of this role are;
Working closely with the GM Flight Operations to evolve the engagement strategyIdentify and align key program objectives with the evolving strategyWork with Senior Flight Operations team to develop, maintain and manage the end-to-end cultural rebuild strategy that reflects the overall Flight Operations Strategy Ensure the strategic alignment with the overall Network Aviation strategyDevelop and document clear actions and milestones supporting the Flight Operations strategy Work with all levels of Flight Operations as well as the delivery team to scope and monitor progress against delivery planEnsure appropriate governance surrounds the delivery program to ensure that timelines and all milestone checks are meet and contingency actions implemented if otherwise.Work with stakeholders to ensure all appropriate materials are developed and reviewed prior to governance meetings
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following skills and experience:
10 years of cultural program design and delivery experience Experience in strategy setting, program, and project management.Detailed understanding of effective delivery of culture re-build programsAdvanced influencing and negotiation skills, with proven ability to communicate and present effectively at all levels of the organisationAdvanced analytical, problem solving and decision-making skillsExperience working with large volumes of data (both qualitative and quantitative) and the ability to accurately interpret this data, extrapolate trends and develop strategies to maximise engagement and cultural performanceHands on skills across Power BI and Project Management softwareProven ability to successfully manage stakeholder relationships with peers and business partners. Proven ability in coaching, mentoring and motivating members of the team.
