The Senior Director, will be responsible for the leadership, development and implementation of a state-wide informatics and performance monitoring program that supports Hospital and Health Services to provide optimal health care outcomes for consumers of MHAOD services. The informatics and performance program is integrated and aligned with Queensland Health systems and other state and national digital and performance monitoring capabilities. The successful personTo succeed, you will require a sophisticated knowledge of mental health issues to provide expert policy advice to the Executive Director. An ability to autonomously navigate the complexities and public sensitivities of the MHAODB environment is also essential.Additionally, you will have a proven track record in building and maintaining effective professional and consultative relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders including senior management and demonstrate a supportive and collaborative leadership style.
