We are partnering with a highly regarded engineering consultancy on their search for a Senior Drainage Engineer to join the team on a permanent basis.

Your new role
You will be responsible for providing design and consultation in technical drainage areas such as, road drainage design, culvert design, and water sensitive urban design. Working within a well established team on small and large sized projects, some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Design and technical consultation in technical drainage areas such as, road drainage design, culvert design, and water sensitive urban design
• Prepare engineering design documents and technical specifications
• Preparing technical documentation, cost estimates and tenders submission
• Project scheduling and meeting deadlines and budgets.

What you'll need to succeed

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering
Working towards chartered membership of IEAust or equivalent
Experience working on Main Roads infrastructure projects and a track record in highways design and up to date experience of highways projects and procedures
Proficient user of Microsoft Office, Drains, 12d, GIS platforms software
A commitment to enabling positive, respectful, and inclusive team environments
