The Company:
With an established team in Electrical, Mechanical and Hydraulic design services, this company has over thirty years local experience in the Queensland construction market. With this comes a maturity of their network and relationships – this isn’t a satellite office for an interstate company; this isn’t a top-tier corporate monster where your performance is measured in terms of compliance by the Accounting department. This is a company that specialises in Building Services design consulting with an office in Brisbane working predominantly on local projects with occasional interstate projects.
The Role:
- As a Senior member of the Electrical Team, you will run projects from concept to delivery and commissioning.
- This will involve managing the client consultation process across new and existing projects, building rapport and maintaining the company’s good standing in the industry.
- Multiple pathways exist for progression to discipline lead. We are ideally looking for an Associate level Engineer who is capable meeting with clients, who can help direct junior engineers but there is also an opportunity to hire someone with more the traditional ‘back office’ technical expertise – this is the beauty of a mid-tier company – they think outside the box!
The Engineer:
- RPEQ
- Degree or Diploma qualified
- 10 years local experience
- Someone interested in a salary of $140-180K (depends on experience)
- Must reside in Brisbane or be prepared to relocate
