They are now seeking an experienced Senior Estimator who will be responsible for the accurate and precise completion of estimates for their architecturally designed projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Prepare production estimates for standard and custom designs.
- Obtain accurate quotes for new projects.
- Manage production estimating and order creation.
- Compile construction files for supervisors with on-site documentation.
- Develop cost assessments and implement changes for ongoing projects.
- Collaborate with the construction team for cost control.
- Optimise trade/supplier processes for margin retention.
- Foster strong working relationships with stakeholders.
We are seeking candidates with:
- Prior estimating experience or a similar role.
- Knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and residential codes.
- Strong analytical skills and numerical proficiency.
- Effective organisational and time management abilities.
- Excellent communication and verbal skills.
- Ability to prioritise and multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
