About the Role
As a leader in the Facilities Management team you will support the team and use your well-established outstanding people skills, building construction / maintenance knowledge and project management capabilities to service our customers in solving daily issues as they arise.

You will contribute to the continuous development of systems and processes to drive efficiencies and reliability across Council’s diverse range of buildings and structures.

You will monitor and report on a range of National Construction Code (NCC) compliance requirements across several trade services disciplines.

Skills & Experience

A qualification in a related building maintenance or construction field and/or a minimum of 10 years’ experience in general building maintenance or facilities management with leadership is essential.
Detailed and demonstrated working knowledge of computer maintenance management systems (preferably CAMS) and/or graphical information systems will be highly regarded.
Current Victoria Driving Licence.
Clear understanding of Essential Safety Measures and Hazardous Materials as they relate to the various Council owned and operated buildings.
