About Us:
City Cave Coomera is a premier float and wellness centre dedicated to providing a sanctuary for our clients, offering a range of services that promote physical and mental well-being. We believe in giving life back to humanity through holistic wellness practices, and we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to help us fulfil this mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Experience: ensuring all guests who are coming to City Cave Coomera are informed of all benefits, are comfortable and welcomed. Providing 5 star experience to all.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility.
- Upselling and Customer Service: Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend additional services and products that enhance their wellness journey.
- Upskill and Training: Continuously improve your skills and knowledge about our services and wellness practices. Participate in regular training sessions and workshops.
- Team Leadership: Lead by example, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.Contribute to a positive workplace culture and be a leader to the others.
- Hours of work: As we are open 9am to 9pm there are many hours available. Morning, evening and weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications:
- A passion for wellness and helping others.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a customer service or wellness environment is a plus but not required.
