The Credit & Affordability business unit has functional and strategic responsibility for all processes relating to the credit management of AGL’s consumer customer base. Credit & Affordability has accountability for delivering positive debt performance and critical business priorities.
What you’ll be doing:
- Execute large-scale debt performance strategies across the various customer segments to continuously improve debt performance
- Monitor and drive performance of PMF and overall Credit & Affordability targets including (amongst others) Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), total arrears, 90+ aged debt and Net Bad Debt Expense (NBDE)
- Extraction and manipulation of big data to identify insights about process hygiene and improvements
- Provide business expertise through advisory efforts across the business and to senior management
About You
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Process knowledge experience in credit management and collections
- Technical capabilities to understand detailed system design and integration
- Big data management and insight development
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with focus on detail
- High quality written and verbal communication
- Proven experience as a business/operational analyst in similar or related businesses
- Experience with debt performance management and understanding of business drivers
