Role - Senior Functional Consultant (Promax)
Mandatory Experience - Promax
Promax Analytics is in the Consumer business domain offering trend spend application portfolio and Analytics services to some of the leading CPG customers globally. We have been rated as best in class by leading Analysts against products/solutions in similar categories. We require Functional Consultants / Analysts with rich experience in Trade spend management to support our existing clients and new business in Australia
5-8 years of global experience in Trade spend, commercial finance, sales experience with FMCG /CPG companies in ANZ / APAC / Europe,
Should have at least 2+ years of experience in working with Trade spend tools like Promax or others,
Proven experience in managing the end to end planning, forecasting, and management of Trade promotions for products, accounts, customers
Ability to analyze the current state business environment and be able to design / document future state Business goals and objectives in Trade Spend,
Ability to study organizational and program mission, goals and drivers, confer with senior executives and synthesize the business requirements required to address business needs,
Good to have experience in configuring any Trade Spend tool like Promax as per client requirements
Should be able to guide and mentor teams in the design and deployment of Trade Spend solution and tools
Responsible for mapping the business requirements to systems/technical requirements to ensure they are in line with product / platform architecture
Collaborate with functional and technical team members to develop deployment strategies for customers,
Technically well-versed in working with cloud based products or platforms and ideally implementing the same,
Experience in working on Trade Promotion processes with tools like Promax.
Adept in guiding teams, working in a distributed project environment.
Should have performed functional gap analysis, document the same,
Should have hands-on experience in client engagements or projects deploying products,
Should be able to engage with customer and Wipro stakeholders on solution design/workshops, estimations and product demonstrations,
Should have worked with global clients and successfully managed stakeholder expectations
A desire, flexibility and ability to “make it happen”. A genuine “Can do” orientation
Willingness to take end-to-end accountability even though the end-to-end control is not with you – i.e. expanding your Sphere of Influence to encompass your Sphere of Concern
An ability to network across the enterprise and outside, as also up and down multiple levels. We are looking for “infectious enthusiasm” that is the hallmark of true leaders.
Should be capable of seeing the big picture.
