We have been a leader in the horticulture & landscaping industry for almost 30 years, servicing the beautiful gardens in the inner eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
Under new owners, we are currently investing in new equipment and systems to take our business to the next level. We are looking for qualified and experienced senior gardeners excited to grow with us and help us make this transition.
We provide premium garden care, garden restoration, hedging, and landscaping services. Our team of gardeners and landscapers is focused on delivering the highest quality gardening services to our loyal customers.
Our depot is conveniently located in Malvern East, next to Holmesglen train station.
About the role
As one of our senior gardeners, you will work in teams of two to four, applying your deep knowledge and experience to lead all or part of each job.
You will mentor and train our apprentice Horticulturists, who rotate among our senior gardeners to gain a broad set of experience.
Evenings and weekends are free. Our typical working hours are between 7 am and 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
You will be able to fully focus on delivering a quality service to our customers. Our full-time office support team will provide you with a clear scope of work, scheduling, customer communication, trucks, tools, material supplies, and all other administrative help needed.
Skills and experience
Certificate 3 or 4 in Horticulture.
Minimum 2 years of industry experience.
A current valid Australian driver's license.
