Our Health team are looking for an experienced Senior Health Business Banker to join the team in managing a portfolio of complex specialised Health customers and drive our strategic focus on customers sourced through the commercial broker channel. The role works closely with Finance Brokers and the Commercial Broker Team and has responsibility for managing existing broker introduced complex Health clients within their portfolio as well as targeted execution of cross sell opportunities. The position has a key role in driving customer growth, retention and commercial broker advocacy.

Day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and managing a portfolio of key broker networks within Pharmacy lending
  • Assessing economic value and risk potential of new business
  • Educating brokers about their customer’s business options and providing sound advice about risk and opportunities for growth
  • Implementing initiatives to support customer acquisition in my local market
  • Working with customer’s and brokers on their proposed annual business plans
  • Preparing and submitting customer lending proposals

  • I will manage new opportunities with the goal of building relationships that endure
  • I am passionate about helping my customers understand the risk and profitability of their business to safely and effectively achieve their desired outcomes
  • Deeply understand my customer’s current and future needs and collaborate across a broad network to ensure a tempered approach to delivering the right outcomes and balancing risk
