Pays up to $72.01 p/h + super (7hr a day)
NSW Government Agency is looking for a Senior HR Advisor with experience managing teams within the government to join their team in Parramatta.
About the role:
Partner with HR and Business leaders and staff to develop and deliver evidence based expert advice and fit for purpose HR strategies
Manage or coach staff and foster a strong sense of professionalism and ongoing development
Contribute to and implement a range of HR strategies, projects, plans, tools, processes and systems to respond to future challenges
Maintain relevant high quality information and data and analysis to provide insights and comprehensive reports
Evaluate the effectiveness of strategies, programs and services and make sound recommendations to improve the effectiveness of current and future initiatives
Research and prepare advice in the form of briefs, policy and discussion papers to contribute to responses to Secretary, Ministerial, Cabinet or Business requests.
Tertiary Qualifications in a relevant HR field and proven professional experience
Proven experience in an HR Managerial / Team leader position within the government.
Excellent IT enabling skills, coaching or training experience.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
