The Business
Established for over 70 years, this Melbourne headquartered, values driven Financial Services firm have a solid foundation. Due to a recent acquisition, they have big plans to scale up and have many opportunities for internal growth on the horizon.
The Role
They're looking for an experience Senior HR Advisor / Business Partner to support their growth and provide valuable HR advice to leaders.
You will play a crucial role in handling various day-to-day HR activities, encompassing staff inquiries, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes, as well as performance management support.
You'll provide guidance and support to leaders, navigating a wide range of people-related matters and situations. This role is dedicated to supporting this rapidly expanding business, which currently employs 500+ people.
As a member of the HR team, you will also contribute to HR initiatives, update HR policies, manage talent related processes, coordinate employee events and charity initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
About You
Previous experience in a generalist HR Advisory, or similar role
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or relative field
Ability to interpret HR legislation, policy and procedures
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High level of motivation, you're energetic and self-motivated
Thrive in a fast paced environment with the ability to multi task
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders
