Permanent opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner
Your new role
In your new role as a Senior HR Business Partner you will be managing the strategic and tactical human resources services to the business including leadership guidance, coaching, recruitment, performance management and employee relations. You will be working within a small team of HR Business Partners and mentoring them.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role you will need to be an experienced Senior HR Business Partner with experience working in a generalist role. You will have strong communication skills with the ability to think critically and creatively. You will have strong engagement skills to bring HR closer to the business. You will have project management skills with experience delivering strategic projects.
