This role helps Council to deliver it's goals and services by:
- providing insight and business partnering support to organisational leaders to influence great decisions and successful business outcomes.
- developing our people leaders to achieve effective workplace relationships and enhanced people management capability and practice.
- taking ownership of HR portfolios and embedding yourself in that business to ensure their success.
- working on Organisational Development and topical HR projects/policies that ensure that Council are at the forefront of employee engagement & experience.
- engaging our organisation to deeply understand their needs and to deliver policies, advice and programs that support their success.
To be successful in this role, you will:
- a team player willing to share with others, learn from others and be a part of active discussions on how can improve together.
- be a trusted HR practitioner with strong professional experience in the delivery of People & Culture programs and solutions.
- hold relevant tertiary qualifications.
- have excellent business partnering, communication and facilitation skills.
