Collaboratively work with leadership to coach, advise, support and engage employees to achieve organisational objectives at a micro and macro level.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- HR Generalist duties including advisory and service to managers and staff
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in recruitment strategies
- Support Manager's with full employee life cycle including performance management and appraisal
- Career planning, training and development advice and initiatives
- Salary reviews, and Compensation and Benefits changes
- Employee migration and relocation matters
- Ability to conduct ER and IR matters often complex and sensitive in nature
- Experience working in a similar role and industry
- A sales driven organisation background is beneficial
- An ability to deal with both white collar and blue collar stakeholders
- A strategic thinker and problem solver
- An ability to work to deadlines and manage and prioritise multiple task
