What will your typical day look like?
No two days are the same as you collaborate with Talent teams across Leadership & Learning, Resourcing, Global Mobility, Employee Relations (ER) and Finance to deliver HR generalist support to our Consulting business unit. With a focus on Employee Relations, business partnering and HR advice, this role offers the opportunity to also support national projects and help deliver employee life cycle experiences.

You are someone with:
3-4 years HR Advisor experience with experience managing Employee Relations (ER)
Strong experience in business partnering and customer service
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills to engage with a broad range of leaders
Solid understanding of Australian Employment Legislation
Experience of a fast paced, growth environment and the delivery of creative and innovative talent solutions
The ability to work in matrix environments with multiple stakeholders
Strong capability around analytical data, interpretation, and analysis.
