About the role:
In this dynamic position, you will report to the HR Business Partner and work closely with relevant stakeholders, leaders across all levels and the close-knit People, Culture & Transformation team.
No two days will be the same. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for your stakeholders, providing them with advice and policy and enterprise agreement interpretation. You will be accountable for actioning all stages of the employee lifecycle and you will coach leaders on simple performance matters. You will also drive process improvement and work on projects to deliver key strategic initiatives.

About you:
You are a qualified, dedicated and proactive HR professional with 3+ years as a human resources generalist, ideally within the TAFE, educational or government sectors, with a real passion for working in a for-purpose organisation.
You have a proven track record in delivering sound advice, whilst working autonomously and in a complex, dynamic and fast paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
You will need to provide or be willing to obtain a current National Police Records Check and a Working with Children Check and your entitlement to work in Australia.
All appointments to Box Hill Institute will be required to provide evidence of receipt of at least two COVID-19 vaccines prior to commencing employment.
