Support the Executive Officer, and Head of HR * Melbourne CBD, hybrid working arrangements with attractive remuneration and brilliant culture
- Considerable experience in HR required. Data management skills highly desirable
- Build strong relationships with managers and other key people leaders. Build deep knowledge of the division and the business, to enable the tailoring and influencing of broader People and Culture programs;
- Support the HR function in resourcing, talent management and staff engagement. Provide end-to-end HR support to the business, including recruitment, maintenance of HR policies and procedures, remuneration, training and development;
- Provide confidential advice to managers and support to staff;
- Develop and maintain a training and capability framework for the business, and issue relevant training to the business at induction and annually. Keep accurate training records;
- Ensure that HR programs and services are compliant with established policies and procedures, and state/federal laws and regulations;
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including initial interviews, reference checking, probity checks, onboarding and exit processes;
- Utilise advanced and tailored data harvesting and cross - referencing methodologies to support major legislatively driven Responsible Officer program implementation; and
- Contribute to such other data focused programs as are deemed required, in accordance with the actions of the regulatory authorities.
- A relevant Bachelor's degree (business, human resources, commerce or similar)
- A deep commitment to the enhancement of organisational culture through the development and application of contemporary and enlightened Human Resources policy and practice;
- Strong attention to detail, empathy, a solution focus and determination to complete tasks;
- Some experience in the financial services sector would be beneficial, but is not essential. Data management skills would be very valuable and highly required
