We are looking for someone with HR generalist experience to lead our HR Assistance Team to support the frontline of the Queensland Police Service.
As a part of your role you will provide strategic advice and support on a diverse range of human resource management services to assist quality management practices within a dynamic and agile operational environment. Contemporary HR experience and knowledge will be highly regarded.
Your Key Accountabilities will include:
Provide strategic HR consultancy services and support, including project management and case management activities, in the delivery of practical business solutions.
Maintain awareness of current HR business practices, trends and legislation and provide advice on the implications of initiatives and changes for clients.
Provide high level client service and build a strong understanding of the client's business requirements and perspectives.
Analyse employee data and advise on people management issues and solutions.
Design, facilitate and deliver capability development and training.
Prepare, review, write and present briefings, submissions and reports.
