We are seeking a HR professional with strong interpersonal skills who is keen to build strong client relationships. You will work across a range of areas to support talent acquisition. Each day you may undertake a range of duties from assisting clients with advertising, building internal recruiter capability in the use of existing talent pools to fill permanent and temporary teaching vacancies in Queensland state schools and providing advice to support processes linked to employee mobility.
Skills and Experience
You will be expected to contribute to a range of Talent Unit initiatives by demonstrating your:
- Strong knowledge and practical application of contemporary HR practices, legislation, awards and HR frameworks.
- Experience in tailoring HR solutions to meet client needs.
- Strong skills in written and verbal communication and demonstrated ability to apply your interpersonal skills appropriately in all situations.
- Ability to work closely with your colleagues to create business improvement within existing processes.
