Senior In-house Lawyer / Legal Counsel-Industrial Relations
- Ensure all processes, documentation and site operations are compliant with the 2016 Building Code and provide training to management and site teams
- Oversee the drafting of all EA’s and co-ordinate Compliance Certificates
- Provide Privileged Legal advice to the business
- Participate and guide IR strategic planning with IR Managers
- Relevant legal qualifications and current Practising Certificate
- Substantial legal experience in Industrial Law, within the blue-collar workforce industries
- Advocacy experience both in the Fair Work Commission and Federal Court
- Experience to provide sound, practical and accurate advice and solutions across the full range of IR and ER activities to include strategy, enterprise bargaining and dispute management
