Responsibilities of the role:
- Develop and maintain bespoke web applications using ASP.Net, C# and/or VB.NET.
- Perform requirements gathering, system design and integration of the Office's primary CRM system (Resolve)
- Develop and maintain Business Intelligence reports using products such as SSIS, SSRS, and Resolve
- Provide administration support for the organisations SharePoint Online communication and collaboration platform.
- Support the organisations users by providing experienced technical advice in Microsoft 365 suite of products: including Microsoft Power Apps
- Support the Information Management team in providing experienced technical advice, guidance recommendations, and proactive management on ICT and information management.
- Support best practice information management program that conforms to operation and legislative requirements.
- Perform tasks associated with maintaining and developing the Health Ombudsman's ICT and information management systems documentation, strategy, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct quality checks for ensuring the integrity of the information management system.
- Support projects related to ICT and information management systems.
- Support informal training for Health Ombudsman staff on the function and use of ICT and information management systems, as required.
