The Role
Your role within this practice will be to manage your assigned vertical and become a specialist by:
Building relationship with new and existing clients (60 % to 70% of the job)
Creating IT candidate attraction strategies
Working together with your clients
Screening and interviewing candidates
Placing candidates successfully with your clients
Working closely with your team to source the best IT talent in the market
Maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for our client’s recruitment needs
What are we looking for in you?
Demonstrated IT recruitment experience with clients and candidates – minimum 2 year experience
Proven track record of success in both contract and permanent recruitment.
Drive for success and client delivery
Passion for technology
Sales and client relationship management experience
Ability to introduce and manage innovative staffing solutions
Demonstrated communications & presentation skills
Persuasion & influencing skills
Demonstrated relationship building skills
Solid organizational skills
Savvy with technology and MS office suite
