Talentplicity Consulting (TPC) is a very fast-growing startup IT Consulting firm. TPC is a strategic staffing and consulting augmentation partner to several large to medium-sized companies in Australia. While our head offices are based in Sydney and we also have our second offices in Melbourne.

The Role
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Senior IT Recruitment Consultant will join a high-performing sales team that rewards both individual and team goals. The Senior IT Recruitment Consultant will:

Receive end-to-end support from sourcing, administration, and finance teams
Utilize a broad range of industry-leading recruitment tools, including the latest in AI technology, to generate a high-caliber talent pool.
By developing new business and leveraging existing TPC relationships, you will be strongly encouraged to view your 'desk' as your own business operating within the TPC business at large.

You are expected to run and grow your business. Specifically, you will:

Generate your own business and develop your own portfolio of clients
Find and attract the best talent on the market
Pre-qualify candidates and evaluate their skills through interviewing and referencing
Represent the best candidates in the marketplace
Develop your own brand in the market

What you will bring:
Strong IT Recruitment and sales experience, with proven experience where you built a new desk in your previous jobs
An existing, well-established, and strong network of customer base and existing relationships
An entrepreneurial spirit who is not afraid of hard work and enjoys the sales hunt and closing deals.
Demonstrated track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent active listening, negotiation, presentation, and consultative sales skills.
Analytical mindset with the capability of running and planning your own day.
