- Senior Lawyer for in-house commercial legal team

This is an exciting role to work in a fast-paced legal team for a global commercial real estate firm and partner with key stakeholders across our property Valuations and Advisory & Transactions business lines for the Pacific business.
The Opportunity:
- Advise the company’s business leaders on legal matters and risk mitigation across the Pacific business
- Draft, review and negotiate client contracts and other legal documents
- Work closely with the business lines on projects including an array of transactions, commercial arrangements, disputes and litigation, regulatory compliance, and employment matters
- Assist with contentious legal issues as they arise, working towards practical solutions
- Work independently within a team environment building relationships with internal stakeholders
About You:
- Possess a Law Degree, Admitted to Practice Law in an Australian jurisdiction with at least 5 years PAE
- Strong knowledge of commercial and employment laws
- Expertise in preparing and managing legal documents, particularly client/supplier contracts
- Prior in-house experience is preferred
- Highly developed people skills and an ability to develop strong professional relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Practical, commercially minded and solutions-oriented, with a positive team attitude
