Experienced Commercial Property Lawyer who can offer:
- A minimum of 3 - 6 years solid PAE;
- Experience in broad general commercial matters, as well as property development and off the plan work
- Transactional experience including the business sale and purchase, including related Commercial Property transactions
- Commercial leasing experience including retail/shop leasing;
- Experience advising, reviewing and drafting commercial contracts including terms of business, confidentiality agreements, etc.
- A strong client focus;
- The ability to run matters autonomously and collaborate with Senior Lawyers who have enjoyed long standing relationships with their valued clients;
- Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to work in a highly collaborative environment
