The Client
Our client is an independent law firm with staff based in Sydney, Broome, Adelaide and Perth. They are a small team of highly skilled and results driven lawyers. The focus of law is Native Title, Commercial, Corporate and Personal Property.
The Role
Provides legal advice and representation to clients, engages and participates in high level commercial negotiations and drafting commercial contracts. Our client would prefer a Lawyer based in Broome or Perth, however would consider other locations if willing to travel.
You
Native Title experience
Experience working with Aboriginal Corporations
Commercial - Business structuring, trusts, subsidiaries, charitable revenue streams, corporate governance, wills and estate, copyright.
Happy to travel
Renumeration
Dependant on experience and location. Range is typically between $90,000 and $110,000 base salary + super + salary sacrifice + remote allowances (if applicable)
