AddressWell recognised ASX listed organisation, looking for an ambitious and high energy business partner who has come from a product based industry and who is ready to use their management accounting, reporting and commercial acumen and add value in a business critical role. Ideally you will be based on site in regional NSW, however outstanding Sydney based candidates willing to travel, will be considered.
Your Opportunity
Working with the Operations Finance team, and liaising with stakeholders across the business,you will use your analyst, management accounting and leadership skills to add value to this team and organisation.
Engaging your commercial acumen and management accounting and analyst skills, you will be integral in the operational and financial success of the organisation.
Your business as usual role will be around product costing, management reporting, commentary and analysis - covering month and year end reporting, budgeting and forecasting and data review and analysis.
You will business partner and provide advice across the group around actuals v forecasts and provide meaningful commentary, allowing the numbers to come to life and tell a story.
There will a focus on the reporting and analysis of costs associated with logistics, distribution and shipping, and projects around capital expenditure, return on investment, business case analysis and costing scenarios.
Your team works on various projects and BAU, and together you provide ongoing business partnering, case scenario and technical and commercial support to the manufacturing, operations, finance and supply chain teams.
Your Profile
CA/CPA/CIMA qualified with proven ability to succeed as a CA in a chartered firm plus with relevant commercial experience OR a CPA/CIMA in a commercial, product based manufacturing organisation (FMCG, Retail, Agriculture or similar).
You must be able to demonstrate your career success to date, your leadership potential and have a willingness to learn and grow in a fast moving environment.
Ideally you will have SAP (or a similar ERP system), Power BI and you must have strong Excel skills.
You must bring manufacturing, management reporting and commercial analysis and the right attitude for business partnering. The team is engaged and respected across the business and they welcome like minded, hands on, hard workers with an attention to detail. Accuracy and an ability to self manage and add value is critical.
This business critical role requires someone who can either relocate to Regional NSW/expenses paid OR be based in Sydney CBD and travel once a month initially and down the track, twice a quarter, to Regional NSW to interact with your team and relevant stakeholders.
