In this role, you'll:

Use you experience in commercial, operations, and contracts management. You will be working with key stakeholders and service delivery partners to ensure that services are delivered, operational challenges managed and optimised outcomes are attained. In addition to reviewing and managing the outsourced service delivery contracts you will have the capability to work collaboratively and engagingly with service operators to ensure service levels and performance metrics are achieved. There will be strong operational engagement with suppliers as well as detailed analysis and review of  KPI related data and management of governance requirements.

This is a fixed term  full-time role (until 30/11/26) which will provide hybrid working flexibility. Office will be based in the Sydney CBD

About you

You'll have a track-record of achievement in managing and leading high value complex contracts. Experience in managing outsourced contracts for goods and services is desirable, as is a preference for experience in an operationally critical environment. You will be adept at critically reviewing contracts, identifying supplier responsibilities and working with legal support as required. In addition to your contracts management skills, a strong commercial acumen is required; and you will be engaging, proactive and confident in engaging with key stakeholders, long term strategic partners and service operators. You will be comfortable managing service operators in a constructive, informed and collaborative manner that motivates them to adopt a continuous improvement mantra to elevate and maximise service delivery to the NSW community.
