How will I help?
As the Senior Manager, Payments Proposition Development, you will be responsible for building new propositions that will enhance our customer offering, managing these offerings from the ideation phases right through to delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
Being the SME and source of knowledge on the Payments industry, using your knowledge to support ongoing strategy development activities
Supporting development of future roadmap, including ideation and scoping activities with a wide variety of stakeholders
Supporting the product owners of our existing capabilities to maximise their benefit
Building business cases and managing commercials for new capabilities
Supporting partnership activities to unlock new business opportunities

What do I need?
Tertiary qualifications in business related discipline
5+ years of professional skills experience in the financial services industry with product management & development experience
Be an expert on the Australian payments landscape & have a passion for driving it forward
Strong teamwork and relationship building capabilities.
Strong communication skills in all forms and the ability to liaise between different stakeholder groups, including senior management
Strong business and commercial acumen
