The Role
We are seeking a Senior Manager, People & Culture Partnering to establish and lead a small team of P&C Business Partners to deliver HR advice, support and solutions to build capability and deliver performance uplift. Working collaboratively with the broader P&C team, you will develop, deliver and embed HR initiatives across the employment lifecycle to enable DV to deliver on its strategic objectives.
It is essential that you are customer oriented, with a focus on continuously improving HR services and initiatives to deliver a great employee and manager experience. You will also have commercial acumen and deliver pragmatic solutions that lead to a real business impact. You will enjoy working with and influencing executives and senior leaders, and be able to build relationships at all levels of the organisations in this high profile role.
About You
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology or Business discipline preferred.
Experience in Senior HR Generalist partnering roles, leading others and with broad organisational impact
Experience with partnering with an executive team to deliver exceptional customer service
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to effectively influence
Commercial acumen
