An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Manager of Systems Assurance to join an established NSW Government Organisation on a temporary basis for 6 months based in Macquarie Park.
Your new role
As a Senior Manager of Systems Assurance, you will lead and manage a range of best practice systems safety and assurance activities through planning, designing, and testing to ensure compliance standards are met. You will develop internal processes and documentation to support the Systems Safety and Assurance process while advising, guiding, and supporting projects in demonstrating compliance with relevant processes.
The role may have a variable number of direct and indirect reports as it will depend on business/project requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will
Have experience liaising with all levels of stakeholders
Have extensive experience in systems assurance
Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Systems Integration, or equivalent work experience
Knowledge on transport-based projects is beneficial
Knowledge on Work, Health, and Safety Act and how it correlates to complex projects
What you'll get in return
This role provides a chance for you to assist in NSW government on a 6-month basis paying between $1400 to $1800 per day plus super. This role is based Macquarie Park with hybrid working arrangements.
