How will I help?
The Senior Manager, Value Chain Risk Assessment will be responsible on the following activities, but not limited to:
Acting as the first point of contact in relation to the Mortgages LOB risk controls and policies. Provide advice into business risks and issue and incident management support in line with Policy requirements.
Working across Mortgages LOB and vendors to provide end to end risk in change oversight and support, including Compliance change, and complete risk assessments via Risk and Control Matrices.
Providing oversight and facilitate regular reviews to ensure ongoing operation within the business' defined risk appetite, and support the capture of supporting metrics and thresholds.
Undertaking trigger based and thematic reviews as required to support risk profile management and refresh activities.
Taking a leading role in working collaboratively with key business and risk stakeholders to deliver on risk priorities, and share and utilise effective learnings
Monitoring effectiveness of Issue and Incident management practices, ensure timely and effective remediation and rectification, and escalate roadblocks or closure delays as required.
Ensuring quality of Juno records and updates by monitoring and tracking actions against risk and control issues and incidents identified.

What do I need?
We are seeking a seasoned Risk Professional who possesses 7-10+ years of experience in varied functions, seeking a move to first line risk. Experience in banking or financial services is highly desired, as well as any exposure to risk in change / project management. We are seeking a self-driven and proactive individual who thrives on challenging the status quo and taking initiative. This is a fast-paced and highly rewarding business unit, with plenty of exposure and visibility to the broader organisation for the successful candidate.
