The Opportunity:
As we continue to grow, we now have a newly created position for a dedicated and passionate Senior Marketing professional in building a digitally focused marketing plan to increase brand awareness and generate leads across multiple international markets for our Logistics Business Unit.
In your role as the division’s dedicated Senior Marketing Manager, you will play an instrumental part in shaping and implementing a differentiated CVP and culture that is closely linked to the positioning of Visy Logistics as a leader in integrated logistics services while being part of a successful and dynamic closed loop packaging, recycling and re-manufacturing business.
Your Role in more detail:
Reporting to the Head of Communications and Marketing and based at either our corporate head office at Freshwater Place, Clayton or Epping, you will focus on identifying and delivering digitally focused strategies in building a differentiated brand positioning to support the growth trajectory of Visy Logistics . You will drive the formulation of a strong customer value proposition that will guide both internal and external positioning of the business to generate leads for our sales pipeline as well as attract team members for a growing business across international markets.
Your main mission but not limited to will be:
Create and implement ‘compelling’ targeted communications and impactful content predominately across external channels including social media to build increased brand awareness and reputation for the division; strengthen and advance the division’s messaging and marketing activities to remain competitive and position the division as a market leader into the future
Drive the Google search optimisation for the Logistics division, taking into consideration the broader business needs and benefits of stronger search and paid advertising
Lead the Logistics section of our website creating engaging content for all stakeholders
Manage and maintain CRM and create EDM campaigns
What you will bring to the team:
Solid experience in digital marketing and communications in B2B environments
Strong knowledge in developing and implementing brand propositions and marketing campaigns across multiple markets
Highly skilled in creating quality digitally focused content and implementing SEO, Search and analytics strategies to drive sales and performance
You pride yourself with outstanding relationship building skills, coupled with effective stakeholder management and project management skills
