Job Description

This role is for a Demand/Growth focused Marketing professional based in Australia (ideally either Sydney or Melbourne) to be part of the ANZ Marketing team. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director ANZ, the role is part of an integrated APAC Marketing Team, and will work closely with marketing colleagues based across the APAC region – including Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia & India – and beyond.

The role will focus on developing Marketing programs that are designed to raise awareness, build our reputation, and attract the attention of prospects and customers. A core focus of the role is the development and execution of programs that specifically drive new leads and pipeline, enabling our sales teams to grow our business and increase our market share.

As part of the team’s focus on delivering on key metrics that contribute to the success of the business, this role will also help develop marketing plans, presentations and reports for the purpose of tracking, analyzing, and reporting on the performance of our marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities:
To collaborate with both APAC & Global marketing colleagues, and our ANZ Sales Teams, to develop a plan that will generate leads and pipeline across the relevant segments.
To plan, execute & measure marketing programs focused on the organization’s priorities and sales objectives:
Design & develop programs for specific segments or solution areas that achieve agreed outcomes – with particular focus on engagement & demand generation
Programs will use the full range of activities – from paid & earned media, tele-marketing, digital & content, through to thought leadership, customer advocacy & events (Juniper-led & industry, and virtual, hybrid & in person)
Engage and manage key external partner agencies as required
Manage, measure, analyze & report on ANZ activities demonstrating ROI and learnings
Work closely with APAC and global teams to realise the benefit of the strategy, campaigns, assets, platforms, tools and support that they’re able to provide, helping to streamline the overall execution of our marketing activity
Manage & coordinate regular communication with sales & pre-sales teams to drive awareness and ensure their engagement across our marketing activities
Work directly with APAC Regional Demand team to execute regional campaigns within the local ANZ market:
Coordinate with respective APAC campaign leads to optimize campaigns
Help drive adoption of those campaign within ANZ through the sales teams
Review outcomes and feed learnings back into the APAC team for consideration
Work closely with key global teams such as media and brand to execute key global partnerships and platforms in the local market

Requirements:
At least 5-6+ years B2B Marketing experience, ideally within technology (networking related could be a bonus)
Demonstrable success driving growth through effective demand generation programs
A track record of partnering closely with sales to drive better outcomes for the business
Ability to deign & manage programs across the full spectrum of marketing tactics
Excellent communication skills – both written & verbal
Self-motivated to achieve business goals, ability & flexibility to adapt to new situations/environments
Creativity outside-the-box thinking with the ability to apply that to real outcomes
Good team player, ability to communicate with the peers effectively and proactively.
