A new 9-month fixed-term full-time / part-time opportunity has arisen for a flexible and adaptable Senior Marketing Manager.
What you’ll be doing
Reporting to the Head of Brand & Content, you will interface with a breadth of internal business units and external creative and media partners. The role will manage a team that delivers customer-facing campaigns laddering up to our Value pillar which includes working with insights, brief development, establishment of strategic propositions, creative concepting and execution.
You’ll also
- Work with our agency partners and team to develop and execute integrated marketing plans
- Coach, support and develop brand and content team members
- Interpret customer problems to define customer-centric solutions
- Optimise team workflows to ensure engaged and utilised team
- Manage costs and production budgets
- Drive efficiencies via automating processes.
Good things you’ll need
We’re after an experienced customer centric Marketer who can navigate ambiguity and work with cross-functional teams to influence and drive campaigns forward. You are known for your energy, resilience, and ability to deliver results at pace.
You’ll also need
- Proven leadership and coaching experience
- Proven experience implementing marketing strategy
- End to end campaign management including creative development and production
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills
- Strong prioritisation skills
- A sense of humour
