The Consulting Marketing team creates relevance, distinctiveness and growth for the brand and their business. They work together with their Consulting leaders to drive impactful go-to-market strategies that are aligned to client issues and their brand positioning.
Your new role
The Senior Marketing Manager will develop and execute strategic marketing programs for the Consulting business, including driving the Consulting brand positioning in the market with a focus on Digital offerings and Alliances. You will operate from strategy to execution, developing and implementing campaign plans and marketing assets across the full marketing funnel and utilising a mixture of marketing channels. As a Strategic Marketer, you have a strong understanding of how to deliver and demonstrate impact through brand and marketing activities.
What you'll need to succeed
Exceptional experience with formal qualifications in marketing or communications, combined with broad business knowledge. You may have agency experience and you demonstrate a proven record of successful stakeholder management and as a team leader in complex business environments, with specific expertise in the following areas:
Developing campaign plans, assets and customer journeys for activation across the full marketing funnel, including activities to maximise awareness, develop client relationships, build pipeline and increase market share.
Developing channel strategies and marketing tactics across a wide variety of functional areas of the marketing mix including brand, digital and social marketing, public relations, analyst relations, collateral, thought leadership, sales tools and events;
Engagement with senior leadership and stakeholders to define marketing priorities and objectives, aligned with business priorities.
Briefing and managing external suppliers (including advertising and media agencies and writers) to provide delivery of services required to execute marketing programs of work.
Understanding marketing trends and channels that increase demand generation and brand equity and demonstrates an ability to quickly pick up industry related concepts;
Developing and executing strategic marketing projects for a go-to-market campaign or our global businesses;
Working across several marketing campaigns simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and demonstrating flexibility to adapt to changing priorities;
Building and managing relationships with other marketing functions and the business, across a global and local network, including effectively managing a matrixed organisation;
Understanding modern marketing and sales capabilities including marketing automation principles and content marketing, ideally in a B2B or services context;
Experience in developing ongoing content marketing strategies, maximising channels and demonstrating direct business impact and ROI
Understanding how to leverage marketing automation systems to bring personalisation to marketing activities (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferable);
Leveraging data to evaluate the impact of marketing activities (at the strategy and campaign level) to influence the focus and direction of future marketing campaign strategies;
Leading and coaching marketers to support professional development and build modern marketing capabilities.
